Position Summary

As a Website Developer at TechnicaX, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high performance websites and applications. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to create user friendly interfaces and ensure seamless database integration. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in web development and a solid understanding of various database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends to implement best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
