Job Title: Microsoft CRM | D365 CE - Functional Consultant

Location: Chennai | Tamilnadu  -  Current project requirement - Immediate - Overseas - Travel required.

With at least 9 years of experience under your belt, you are an expert in your field ready to steer a large-scale project to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Map business processes and requirements to the Dynamics 365 system.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Actively involved in all stages of project lifecycle including, planning, design, development, testing, training, and support.
• Provide detailed business process and system advice during the delivery of pre-sales activities.
• Drive the effective transition of requirements and deliver a clear and well-structured functional specification for the technical team.
• Support the technical team during development phases.
• Conduct acceptance testing and lead user training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics CRMs, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Service Automation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Cloud Environment, and Power Platform.
• Proven experience translating business objectives and end-user needs into functional and system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage projects, and orchestrate workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and full project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.
