Job Description

We at TechnicaX are entering a new phase of growth and are on the lookout for an exceptional MERN Stack Team Lead. We require a seasoned tech veteran who has successfully been at the helm of at least two full-cycle product development projects, orchestrating the development symphony of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Our ideal applicant will have a tenth-degree black belt in problem-solving, a knack for turning complex issues into simple solutions, and a mind that thinks in code. If you've got experience in support ticket management or incident management software, you'll find yourself right at home.

Responsibilities

As our MERN Stack Team Lead, you will

• Be the maestro of a talented orchestra of software engineers, steering the design, development, and implementation of our state-of-the-art applications using the MERN stack.
• Spearhead full-cycle product development, ensuring our products meet the strictest quality standards and exceed our customers' functionality expectations.

• Serve as the crossroads between stakeholders and technical realities, translating business needs into a technical language that your team can convert into spectacular products.

Qualifications
